Mark Lowe
Mark Lowe is a digital‑marketing strategist and founder who helps ambitious founders, authors, and creatives turn digital chaos into scalable, revenue‑driving systems. With a background in design, digital strategy, and operations, he specializes in making online businesses feel less like a tangled mess and more like a well‑oiled machine—just with better coffee and fewer existential crises.
He is passionate about building clear, repeatable systems that help people show up consistently online without burning out. Whether it’s crafting a content strategy, streamlining workflows, or designing a website that actually converts, his goal is to make the digital side of a business feel simpler, more predictable, and a lot less stressful.
When he’s not deep in pixels or spreadsheets, Mark can usually be found writing, reading, or trying to convince himself that “one more tweak” is actually the last one.

Kristin Knudson
Kristin Knudson is the co-founder of Aligned Agency and the driving force behind how marketing actually gets built, led, and scaled. She has spent her career running marketing from the inside — leading teams, setting direction, and turning messy ideas into systems that produce real growth.
Kristin has overseen full-funnel digital marketing across paid media, funnels, platforms, analytics, and execution, with a reputation for bringing clarity where things are overcomplicated and momentum where teams are stuck. She’s known for making smart calls, building teams that perform, and creating marketing operations that don’t fall apart when the business speeds up.
When she’s not running point on growth or shaping what Aligned Agency becomes next, Kristin can usually be found building something new, pushing ideas further than planned, or laughing at how often “quick decisions” turn into big wins.

Roy Cammarano
Roy is a strategic advisor, operator, and founder known for guiding companies through high-growth inflection points. He has spent decades working inside businesses as they scale — helping leadership teams bring structure, clarity, and execution to moments where growth can either compound or collapse.
Roy has led and advised companies across multiple industries, including building one organization from inception to #11 on Inc. Magazine’s fastest-growing companies list and helping another scale from $20M to over $240M in annualized revenue. His work focuses on leadership, communication, and decision-making — especially when complexity increases and stakes are high.
He is the founder of the Entrepreneurial Development Group, where he works with founders, executives, and leadership teams to strengthen how organizations think, communicate, and execute. Roy is also the author of Entrepreneurial Transitions, a book used in executive MBA programs and leadership training environments.
At Aligned Agency, Roy brings the leadership philosophy and strategic grounding that informs how we think about growth — ensuring marketing, execution, and leadership stay connected as businesses scale.
