Digital Services and Products
- All sales of digital marketing services, consulting, and digital products are final once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided.
- If you are unsatisfied with a service or deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alignedagency.io so we can address your concerns. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances and the nature of the service.
Subscription Services
- For recurring subscription services, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be billed further. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.
How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Service
- To request a refund or cancel a service, please email support@alignedagency.io with your order details and reason for the request.
- We will respond within 3 business days with next steps or a resolution.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not provided for completed work, third-party fees, or expenses already incurred on your behalf.
- If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
